Carey Marx

Writer and star of BBC Radio 4’s Intensive Carey, adapted from his wildly successful 2013 Edinburgh Festival Fringe show of the same title in 2015. Carey is no stranger to screen or radio with credits ranging from Channel 4’s Gas to BBC One’s The Stand Up. Marx has written for the likes of Newzoids (ITV), The Now Show, (Radio 4), and Nick Doody’s Bigipedia (BBC Radio 4).

Kevin Eldon

Kevin is a very well-known actor spanning over 25 years in British Film and TV. Credits include Game of ThronesThe Last KingdomShadow and BoneThe Crown, Dad’s Army Lost Episodes, The Devils and Danny Boyle’s Disney+ series Pistol. Film credits include Hot Fuzz and Four Lions




Angelos Epithemiou

Unwitting star of Shooting Stars (BBC Two), Dave’s One Night Stand and Channel 4’s The Angelos Epithemiou Show, this cult favourite takes a giant leap into the spotlight yet again. Shambolic, weird and wonderful; think Little Britain meets Vic and Bob meets a smattering of Ivan Brackenbury, then lower your expectations and get on board. The creation of Dan Renton Skinner – a member of the Dutch Elm Conservatoire Sketch group – Angelos Epithemiou is the owner of a burger van who wants to break into show business.



Cally Beaton

Cally Beaton is a keynote speaker, awards host, comedian, business leader, podcaster, writer and entrepreneur. Well-known for being a natural storyteller, full of intelligent, distinctive and insightful material, Cally is one of the UK’s most sought-after names for corporate, broadcasting and live comedy work. Her television appearances to date include being a regular panellist on BBC2’s QI and The Apprentice: You’re Fired, as well as featuring on: Live At The ApolloPointless CelebritiesRichard Osman’s House of GamesCountdown’s Dictionary Corner and The Blame Game.



 Seann Walsh

Fresh from the jungle on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, as well as appearances on The One Show and The John Bishop show, Seann Walsh is all set to tour the UK with his new standup show Back From The Bed. Described as “the best observational comedian of his generation” (The Guardian), this Edinburgh Award nominee’s last UK tour show After This One, I’m Going Home ended with standing ovations around the country. Seann appeared as regular 'Grizzo' in Jack Dee’s ITV sitcom Bad Move.



Charmian Hughes (MC)

Comedian Charmian Hughes studied clowning under Philippe Gaulier and Theatre de Complicite but unable to uphold the mime vow of silence, ran away to play stand-up comedy clubs throughout the nation. 10 Edfringes, 5 New Zealand fringe festivals, (nominated 2023) 4 Buxtons (nominated Best Comedy twice) Scilly Laughs, Shaftsbury, Manchester’s Funny Women, Dublin Comedy Festival and Guernsey Speedboat Festival. Melbourne Comedy Festival 2018 and 2019. She is a regular MC for Downstairs at The Kings Head main Saturday night show and a regular MC over the years at Glastonbury Festival for Cabaret, Theatre and Maverick Tents.
