Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager is part of a team responsible for promoting our wide range of artistic and community activity, building audiences and raising the organisation’s profile. The primary focus is to support visiting productions across both our spaces and to lead on the delivery for a number of in-house shows. The Marketing Manager will maintain excellent communications with our audiences, visiting companies and co-producers and ensure that all revenue generating opportunities are fulfilled. Park Theatre will be launching a new, industry leading website in spring 2025, with the Marketing Manager playing a key supporting role in the project.

Development Manager (Individuals)
We are looking for a Development Manager (Individuals) to join our team. Reporting to the Artistic Director and working closely with the Executive Director and Development Manager (Trusts & Foundations), the Development Manager (Individuals) will deliver on our future plans, specifically individual giving and stewardship. You’ll be an effective fundraiser who will have the opportunity to generate income through developing and growing individual relationships and producing high profile events, as well as building Park Theatre’s profile and case for support. This could involve managing day to day communications with our database of members, researching and writing bids to fund our Artistic, Creative Engagement and Access work, or planning a gathering for specific donors that aligns with a particular production.

We are looking for a Development Manager (Trusts & Foundations) to join our team. Reporting to the Artistic Director and working closely with the Executive Director and the Development Manager (Individuals), the Development Manager (Trusts & Foundations) will deliver on our future plans, specifically organisational fundraising. You’ll be an effective fundraiser who will have the opportunity to generate income through developing and growing relationships as well as building Park Theatre’s profile and case for support through corporate and organisation-based giving. This could involve researching potential new supporters, managing relationships with funders, writing bids and exploring opportunities for multi-year funding. We fundraise for both core costs and overheads, and specific projects within our Artistic, Creative Engagement and Access work.

Bartenders must have knowledge of beers, spirits, wines and cocktails. You must have the necessary skills to mix drinks according to the legal measurements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work within a team environment, are essential to excel in this position.
