Tania Dunn I Development Director

Tania joins Park from the Young Vic where she spent two and a half years as Development Director, heading up a team of six looking after philanthropic and statutory income. She has also fundraised for Shakespeare's Globe as a Capital Campaign Manager and many (many) years ago as an intern commuting up to London on the National Express to absorb all their fundraising wisdom and input their fundraising data. In between stints at the Globe, Tania has worked in the visual arts and heritage, including nearly four years at Historical Royal Palaces where she worked on numerous capital and revenue campaigns, staged several royal events and planted a few of those famous ceramic poppies.

Tania's experience is chiefly in major gifts and grant-making but she has worked across all income streams over the years. She is keen to get to know the donor community at Park and hopes to build on it despite challenging times. As her local theatre where she has enjoyed many brilliant productions with a very reasonably priced re-usable cup of wine, she is excited to be part of the team which has cemented this theatre as a fixture of the North London community.

She is a long-suffering Arsenal fan and had trials for Southampton ladies' team many (many) years ago. When not at the theatre or crying outside the Emirates, she can be found practising Portuguese, cooking hearty Spanish food or attempting to draw.
