What is it?

This is a course for young people aged 12-14, who would like to explore theatre and performance within a friendly, playful company which focuses on developing skills in acting and devising theatre.  

From Tue 16 Jan – Tue 26 Mar, the company will explore the world of theatre together. They will collaborate to create a devised piece of original theatre, which will be performed on Tue 26 Mar in the Morris Space. 

The group will also work on a series of Wider Theatre World sessions, which explore different elements of the theatre beyond acting – from sound design to directing, and many more!   

Taster Session

We welcome anyone who is interested in trying out or Young Company to come along for a taster session on Tuesday 16 January.

Drop-in sessions, or full course?

Participants will gain maximum benefit from this course by attending all classes. 

The Creative Engagement programmes depend on course fees to run. For this reason, we take payment ahead of the course and fees are non-refundable.
