Comedy Club 4 Kids in association with Park Theatre presents

Comedy Club 4 Kids

Since 2005, the Comedy Club 4 Kids has been getting the best stand-ups, sketch acts and cabaret stars from the international circuit to do their thing for an audience of children (aged 6+) and their families… but without the rude bits! Almost 20 years later, the company has expanded from one London residency to being countrywide, running shows and workshops all over the UK from Peebles to Portsmouth, even producing a book on how to write and perform stand-up, and hosting our own Radio Nonsense podcast to bring the sillies to families all over the world.

The show is family friendly, but without any patronising idiocy. In fact, it's just like a normal comedy club, but it's on in the day, kids are allowed in, and thus there is a higher than usual chance of the entire audience claiming to be called Bob.

Adults to sit with children in their party (and help explain anything they get stuck on).

Group bookings to contain at least one adult for every three kids.

Ted Hill

Ted Hill delivers unashamedly silly, high-energy, multimedia stand-up with a warm and disarming demeanour. Ted knows what’s needed to grab the audience’s attention, and once he’s got it, he holds it using any and all means at his disposal – with assorted visual aids, flipcharts, powerpoints and projectors. His material takes complex and detailed topics and breaks them down in an elaborately childish way. He takes silliness very seriously.

‘Few comedians harness the frenetic activity of their minds quite as comprehensively as Ted Hill’ Chortle

‘Hill’s childish energy belies the slickness of his tech and his irrepressible nerd’s fondness for graphs’ The Scotsman

‘A real delight, full of stupid PowerPoint, loads of fun’ Mark Watson

Eleri Morgan

Eleri Morgan is a comedian, writer and actor from west Wales. Funny charming and a little bit manic, Eleri is a regular contributor for BBC Wales, BBC Sesh, BBC Cmyru and Radio 4, and was a series regular in the 2nd series of the improvised sitcom Tourist Trap on BBC One Wales.

Even her home is newsworthy: in 2021 her house (painted pink) spent some time as ‘the most Instagrammed property in Cardiff’.

‘A force of nature and a full throttled idiot’ Logan Murray

Joe Wells

Joe Wells is a comedian, podcaster and author. When not tormenting bogey-picking dads in our audience, he can be found co-hosting the Neurodivergent Moments Podcast with American comic Abigoliah Schamaun. His writing career began when his first book Touch and Go Joe about his experiences of OCD was published, since then he has made a name for himself as a stand up comic, writer and speaker. Joe now focuses mainly on his unique brand of comedy. He also co-hosts a nerdy music podcast called ’emergency mixtape’ available from most podcast platforms.
