For regular Park200 shows, access tickets are £18.50 in any seat. For regular Park90 shows, access tickets are £9.50.

For additional programming, such as short runs, one-off events and fundraising performances, access customers are entitled to 50% off up to two tickets.

Access members are entitled to two tickets at the access rate if they wish to bring a companion.

There are concessions available for our local N postcode residents for Tuesday Park200 performances. Not available in bands A+ or A or on fundraising productions.

Send proof of your address to boxoffice@parktheatre.co.uk or show it in person at our box office, and we’ll set you up to automatically receive the discount for a period of one year. After that time we’ll need to see proof of eligibility again. NW postcodes do not qualify.

Aged 16-29? Become a Park Under 30 member and get £10 tickets for all Park200 and Park90 performances, plus 10% off food and drink at Park Pizza.

Concessions for theatrical union members are available Mon-Thu for shows in Park200, in price bands B – D, including members of the following organisations:

Equity, BECTU, The Writers Guild, UK Theatre, ITC and The Musicians Union.

Send proof of membership (eg a scan of a membership card or letter) to boxoffice@parktheatre.co.uk or show in person at our box office, and we’ll set you up to automatically receive the discount for a period of one year. After that time we’ll need to see proof of eligibility again.

Those who are unemployed or on lower incomes can purchase pay what you can tickets on any Thursday matinee or any Wednesday evening of each production, subject to availability.

These are bookable at the Box Office from one hour prior to the performance, in person only. We ask that you provide proof that you receive Job Seeker’s Allowance or Universal Credit. Please note that if the performance is heavily booked or sold out, PWYC tickets will not be available.

You can exchange your tickets for any performance of the same production, subject to availability, a £2 per ticket fee, and any difference in ticket price. We are unable to exchange tickets within 24 hours of a performance.

We cannot exchange tickets between productions.

If you can no longer use a ticket and the performance is sold out, you may return it and we can attempt to resell it on your behalf. We cannot accept returns if a performance is not sold out.

To return your tickets, email boxoffice@parktheatre.co.uk and give us your name, order number and which seats you are returning. We can only accept returns with the explicit permission of the person whose name is on the booking. We will then make the seats available for general sale.

If they are purchased, we will notify you by email and you will be refunded the cost of the ticket, minus a £2 per ticket admin fee. The refund can only be given via the original payment method.

There is never any guarantee that a ticket will resell.

Once a ticket is returned, the decision is considered final: we cannot reverse a resale and return the ticket to you once it has been resold.

We regret that we are unable to accept tickets purchased via third party agents for resale.

Any tickets returned to us by customers will be made available for general sale, including on our website.

We do not hold any tickets back to be purchased in person, and we do not operate a returns queue in the building or to sell over the phone.

We are unable to operate a waiting list for sold out performances, and customers are advised to check the website regularly to obtain tickets for sold out performances.
