Read our terms and conditions below
To be admitted to either of our auditoria for a performance, you must be in possession of a valid ticket to be produced on demand.
The Management reserves the right to re-seat customers due to unforeseen staging, sightlines or latecomer/re-admittance considerations, under which circumstances the best available seats or standing positions will be chosen as the alternative.
Where possible, efforts will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the event or performance. However, please note some productions have a strict no latecomers or readmittance policy which must be adhered to.
The use of mobile phones and other electronic devices, even when silenced, can be distracting to other audience members and the performers on stage. Mobile phones, watch alarms and other electronic devices should be switched off before entering the auditorium.
Either Park Theatre staff or any permitted third parties may carry out general filming and sound recording in or about the venue. By purchasing tickets you consent to you and your party being included in and to the exploitation of such films and recordings without payment.
We reserve the right to refuse admission and may require a ticketholder/s to leave a performance due to disruptive or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff, artists or other audience members; under these circumstances refunds or exchanges will not be offered.
Production running times are estimates until after press night.
We provide age recommendations for each production on our website – for more information regarding a specific production, please contact us on boxoffice@parktheatre.co.uk
We may also provide content warnings for productions where appropriate – for more information regarding a specific production, please visit the relevant web page or contact us on boxoffice@parktheatre.co.uk
Strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. We will endeavour to ensure appropriate signage is in place for these shows.
We reserve the right to alter or amend the programme without prior notice as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
We may, on certain occasions, conduct security searches as a condition of entry to ensure your safety.
Abusive, anti-social or threatening behaviour of any kind towards another member of the audience or staff may result in immediate removal from the premises and may end in legal action.
Price and availability of tickets for any Park Theatre production is displayed in real time on our website. All tickets must be paid for in full at time of booking.
We offer concessions and occasional special offer prices on some performances – details can be found on individual production pages.
We reserve the right to change pricing in line with demand at any time (this can mean increased or reduced prices).
The price of all tickets displayed on our website is inclusive of VAT, where applicable. For some performances, the ticket price includes a £2 Building Levy, which is a non-voluntary contribution to Park Theatre’s building upkeep, core funds and creative engagement work.
All tickets are sent as etickets or collected from the box office – no provision is made for postal delivery.
We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets ordered in any one transaction.
The ticket booker is responsible for checking that tickets bought and paid for are for the correct date and time.
Tickets are sold subject to Park Theatre’s right to make any alterations in the cast or arrangements advertised on the website or elsewhere which are rendered necessary by an unavoidable cause.
We do not allow tickets to be refunded after purchase, except where a performance has been cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place. Where monies are refunded, refunds are capped at the face value of the tickets purchased.
In the event we have to cancel a show due to circumstances beyond our control, we offer four options. You can;
- Change your ticket to a future performance
- Receive Park Theatre credit
- Receive a refund
- Donate your ticket price to Park Theatre
We do not refund tickets due to strike action outside of our control when a performance is still going ahead.
Exchanges may be available at our discretion at least 24 hours prior to the performance and are subject to a £2.00 fee per ticket.
If you bought a ticket for a Park Theatre production via a third-party ticket agency and cannot attend a performance, you should contact the seller for their credit/refund policy.
Tickets must not be sold on for profit or commercial gain by any outlet – including secondary ticketing sites or personally – other than Park Theatre or one of its authorised agents. Failure to comply will make your tickets void and we reserve the right to sell these tickets to another customer.
