Georgia is the Culture Coordinator at the National Theatre, focusing on inclusion, access and welfare. Her previous work has spanned multiple large scale Learning projects, such as NT Connections, the national Hamlet tour to primary schools, and GCSE & A-Level student conferences. She is also a very occasional performer, facilitator, writer and presenter, with recent presenting highlights including events at the Royal Opera House and Duke of York’s Theatre. Georgia’s background in performance, and training at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, has fuelled her commitment to accessible and positive youth and community theatre experiences; ensuring that young people can engage with theatre in a safe and joyful way. Following a year with Mousetrap Theatre Projects’ Youth Forum, Georgia is thrilled to be joining the Park Youth Board to continue to support creative engagement work at the heart of communities.

Ella is an actor, producer, facilitator and recent graduate from Fourth Monkey Actor Training Company. She is currently working with Theatre for Life as an actor/musician on ‘Bringing the Outside In’, a piece about climate change and the importance of clean air, and also ‘The Feeling’, a piece about women’s health and the strain on and issues within the healthcare system. She is also currently working with Curious Pheasant on a physical theatre adaptation of Private Peaceful. In addition to this she produced and co-directed her first play Karaoke at the SU which went to The Vaults festival and Brighton Fringe and received great reviews, she is currently producing a new play Please don’t fall in love with me which is going to Camden Fringe this summer! She also works as a freelance facilitator for Shakespeare Birthplace Trust performing and giving workshops on classical text to young people and local communities. Ella also performed as part of the Community Chorus with Park Theatre’s Whodunnit [Unrehearsed] 3.

Izzy is a director, dramaturg, producer, and TTRPG game master currently working as the Creative Development Assistant at Sonia Friedman Productions. She is also the co-founder of the dramaturgy company No Such Thing, and as a dramaturg and associate has previously developed work in both the US and UK with artists including Lauren Gunderson, Punchdrunk, and Mark Ravenhill. She received her MFA in Creative Producing from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

After nearly a decade in online marketing and business, Diana transitioned into the world of theatre and the performing arts, pursuing an MA in Acting at East 15, followed by an MA in Writing for Stage & Broadcast Media at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
She writes for theatre, film, television, and audio, exploring both comedy and drama with influences from absurdism, thriller, and contemporary social realism. Her work often features female-driven narratives, elements of absurdist humour, and nuanced explorations of complex family relationships and societal themes.
She is based in London and has strong ties to both Romania, her country of origin, and the Czech Republic, where she lived for three years.

Max McMillan Ngwenya is an Actor, Writer and Creative Artist. He has performed at Stratford East Theatre in the production of Dungeness and Bush Theatre as part of their young company; as well as various film productions such as Christmas Time and The Fantastical Millipede. Max is passionate about bringing new ideas forward in the industry which has thus lead him into writing, he wrote, produced and starred in the Sci-fi/drama Horizon, which is currently going around the film festival circuit, and is working on his debut theatre play titled ’I’m The One’ which he hopes ignites new and exciting conversations to the public.

Ra’eesah is a multi-disciplinary creative (namely an actor, singer and writer) and facilitator. She also performs spoken word poetry as a form of creative self-expression. She has spent many years working directly with young people to aid their personal development and also created opportunities for people from all walks of life to come together in a creative space, learn something new and have fun at the same time. Ra’eesah has joined Park Theatre’s youth board to contribute to the ongoing conversation of what young people want, and will benefit from, when engaging with theatres and cultural organisations. She hopes that with this informed insight it will help bring new ideas and opportunities into fruition within Park’s programming.

Pia Richards is a theatre maker, performer, disability and youth arts advocate. Pia gained a lot of her experience as a young person participating and performing with Company Three and eventually going on to work at Company Three and the Barbican Centre. Since then she has worked in various support roles working with theatre writers and Directors in an Access Support capacity working with disabled artists helping to disassemble barriers that make working in the arts difficult. She has also been working as an Assistant Director/ Touring and Participation Director on Juniper and Jules- Soho Theatre & FAUN- Cardboard Citizens & Theatre 503 and on Spare Tyres On The Beach. Most recently assistant directing Company Three’s Grow Up at The Park Theatre.

Joseph is a producer, director and drama facilitator from Hertfordshire. He has recently made work for VAULT Festival, King’s Head Theatre, Watford Palace, Arcola, and Katzpace. He also delivers Drama and Healthy Relationships workshops in schools, youth group and community settings around London. His work often engages with queerness, climate, and community. He is also a recent alumnus of Soho Theatre Writers’ Lab, Artistic Director of PackPack Theatre Company, and currently works in the producing team at the Unicorn Theatre.
