Launch your career in theatre by gaining hands-on experience supporting productions, championing new voices and helping bring accessible, real-life stories to audiences at a leading London theatre.

This producing internship offers a comprehensive, hands-on introduction to the operational and creative processes of a working theatre. It’s a unique opportunity to build practical skills in producing, programming and arts administration, and to make a genuinely meaningful contribution to Park Theatre’s output. The producing intern will play key role in supporting the producer and producing coordinator to ensure productions of Park Produced (in-house) and visiting work are created with care, and run smoothly and professionally. Moreover, their involvement in script reading, submissions tracking, and attendance at workshops and programming discussions will give direct access to the artistic decision-making processes that shape the theatre’s talent development work, public programme and audience offer. The producing intern will also have the opportunity to represent Park Theatre at events and engage with internal teams to develop professional confidence, industry awareness, and strengthen their emerging networks.

This opportunity is open to Black, Asian and ethnically diverse candidates.

This role is part-funded by the Mo Siewcharran Memorial Fund which supports internships for young talent from ethnicities that are under-represented in the theatre, publishing and music industries.
