After a sell-out Edinburgh debut, Kate-Lois Elliott (British Writers’ Guild Award Nominee, British Comedy Guide Awards, Funny Women Content Creator Nominee, The Times Best Jokes Of The Fringe) is back with a new show about modern monogamy, fertility, Gingham fetishes and how ‘the good old olden days’ weren’t even that good, actually.

Picking apart stories from history and her own life – from Queen Victoria’s alleged sex mania to the real origin of “the average Joe,” to Elliott’s own deranged obsession with making it into the tabloids – expect trademark thought-provoking waffle, impromptu showtunes and GCSE drama level special effects.

This is a show for anyone who’s ever wondered whether to lean in, burn it all down, or take up cross-stitch and see what happens.

Funny, clever and sharply observed. With more substance than many comedy shows, Kate is one to watch
