Spring Day
As seen on BBC’s Live at the Apollo, Spring Day is an American stand-up comedian, writer and actor in London. Spring’s uniquely acerbic and sassy style of comedy is always a crowd pleaser, or shocker… She has written, produced, directed and performed seven solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She has also written for and appeared in BBC Three sitcom Jerk, performed on UKTV’s Rosie Jones’s Disability Extravaganza, and has written for BBC’s Horrible Histories, as well as Audible’s first ever musical comedy—Crush Hour.
Michael Akadiri
Michael’s natural charm and cheeky, observational style has already seen him make an impact on the UK comedy scene. He’s the inaugural winner of the Komedia New Comedy Award and starred in the London finals of the BBC New Comedy Awards in 2021 (BBC Three). Michael’s burgeoning TV Career has seen him feature on the latest series Comedy Central LIVE (Comedy Central), The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV2) and the aforementioned BBC Comedy Awards (BBC Three). He has collaborated with Channel 4, appearing in their Jokes Only series on their Facebook & TikTok channels. Michael has also written and performed original sketch content in partnership with LadBible UK.
Chris Cantrill
Chris Cantrill is a 3-time Edinburgh Comedy Award nominated comedian, writer and actor from West Yorkshire. Known for mixing quick fire gags with uniquely offbeat observations about modern life, he’s developed a reputation as “one of the most charmingly, daftly funny comics on the scene right now” (The Times). Since making his television debut on Harry Hill’s Clubnite (Channel 4), Chris has become a regular on television and radio. He’s appeared in shows such as the BAFTA-winning Alma’s Not Normal (BBC 2), Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared (Channel 4) and Avoidance (BBC One). He’s also written for the likes of Dave, Channel 4, BBC Radio 2, Cbeebies and CBBC.
Michael Legge (MC)
‘Without doubt one of the best comperes and improvisers on the circuit.’ (Time Out)
Michael Legge is fast becoming the most sought-after host on the comedy circuit. He is a unique comic talent with a background in improvisation, stand-up, writing, compering, hosting, acting and TV warm-up work. As a performer, he is sharp and cutting edge, whilst being cheeky, lively and charming. Michael performs all over Britain and beyond, including The Irish Republic, Australia, Canada and Dubai. He writes for the BBC, C4, C5 and Sky One and was sole writer for MTV’s website The Osbournes, winner of a BIMA award and nominated for a BAFTA.
