Omar El-Khairy’s Sour Lips was performed at Ovalhouse Theatre. He is the Leverhulme Associate Playwright at the Bush Theatre.

Zoe Lafferty is Associate Director of The Freedom Theatre Palestine and the Red Room. Theatre includes The Fear of Breathing (Finborough Theatre; Osaka Red Theatre, Japan), Concrete Jungle (Riverside Studios), Gaza: Breathing Space (Soho Theatre) and Sho Khman? (Freedom Theatre Palestine and International Tour). She also co-wrote Off Record with Paul Wood, performed at the Soho Theatre.

Caroline Rooney’s Global Uncertainties Leadership Fellowship combines creative practice with research on the contemporary Middle East.
