_A play about real people who are really, truly, honestly dealing with the toughest thing there is to deal with in life: love.

On a freezing, clear night in the middle of winter, the residents of Almost find themselves falling in and out of love in the strangest ways. At exactly the same moment all across the town, the drama of love is played out in its many variations. Couples flirt, bicker and reunite, and the northern lights burst into life in the sky above. A truly magical midwinter night's dream.

Since its opening Off Broadway in 2005, Almost, Maine has been produced by over 2000 companies around the United States and performed in dozens of countries, making it one of the most frequently performed plays of the past decade. Now Go People are bringing it to London in a UK premiere of Cariani's updated version of the play, directed by Simon Evans (Silence of the Sea, Donmar Warehouse, Madness in Valencia, Trafalgar Studios).

A higher-concept and more clever version of Hollywood hits like 'Love Actually' and 'Valentine's Day'

It packs wit, earns its laughs and, like love, surprises you.
