GREEK THEATRE

Working as an assistant for the artistic director of Park theatre is a new and very exciting experience for me. It is so interesting to see the whole process of how you can transform a building to a contemporary theatre venue and how you can bring such a big dream to a realisation. I couldn’t imagine how many things you need to organise to do before you open a theatre. Working by Jez’s side i meet the design team as well as people that work for promotional companies, i do the archive for some important documents for the theatre and i help generally in the organization of Jez’s and Meli’s theatre. Being Greek sometimes can make it difficult – so many names and surnames in English that i don’t know how to pronounce!! But i don’t lose my hope! After all Greeks invented theatre! (a nice cliche to finish my blog haha).
